KABD School is a private English medium Co-educational Institute, established, owned and managed by Koottalumoodu Arulmigu Bhadreswari Devasthanam Trust, Painkulam. It would be affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education, Delhi. It caters to boys and girls of all castes, creed and religion. As per C.B.S.E. norms (affiliated) schools are required to follow Uniformity in the assessment structure, Examination and issue of report card. Our examination system is as under: - Pre-primary : Assessment will be conducted by following effective play way method in regular classes. Each and every part of the examination system is important for cumulative Assessment. No Student will be allowed to appear at the Annual Examination who fails to attain 75% attendance of the total working days. Note : Refer to Student Planner for schedule. If any changes take place regarding exam system for any reason, that will be informed in time.

The Children from Class III onwards are divided into 4 houses – Veda Vyasa-Red, Vasisishta-Yellow, Valmiki-Blue & Vishwamithra-Green. Inter House competitions in Quiz, Elocution, Dance, Singing, Debate, Abacus, Painting / Drawing, and Poster Designing are held on a regular basis. Facilities for Cricket, Football, Volleyball, Basketball, Badminton, Kho Kho, Athletics, Chess, Karate are available. Students are encouraged to participate in all Inter-House competitions, and Inter-School competitions, organized by the CBSE.
